Renacer means “to be reborn”, a name that represents resilience, strength and the courage to rise again.
Grown in the mountains of Apía, Risaralda, one of Colombia’s traditional coffee regions, Renacer is produced by Jair Jaramillo at an altitude of 1,800–1,900 metres above sea level.
This high altitude on the Colombian coffee brings together a naturally sweet and beautifully balanced flavour profile, with notes of nectarine and stone fruit, rich chocolate, caramel like sweetness and a smooth, lingering finish.
Renacer is the first coffee released by Café Tinto. Its name and purpose were born from the events of 10 August 2026, when a devastating earthquake affected Colombia, including communities across the El Eje Cafetero.
Café Tinto was created in Australia with a simple idea: turn something deeply Colombian, our coffee, into a way to contribute to the recovery of the communities affected.
For the first six months, profits from Café Tinto will be dedicated to supporting people and communities in Colombia affected by the earthquake.
